Canon Digital Cameras are highly favored and used all across the world. Canon is famously known for its beautiful and breathtaking designs that has taken the world by storm. There are many companies that designs digital cameras such as Nikon, Casio, Olympus, Sony, FujiFilm, Panasonic and many others but Canon has successfully established itself as the leader in South Africa and many other Countries around the world.

Judging by the numbers of Canon Digital Cameras sold in South Africa, one can easily come to a conclusion that South African market is in love with Canon. This blog will be updated regularly with comments, suggestions and other important issues regarding digital cameras.

It is my wish as the owner of this blog to share my experience with all photographers both professionals and novices. This upgrade is fun but some of my favourite functionality is gone however that was replaced by some of the amazing designs; One thing that you can count on is that the EOS 6D is very easy to use and produces some of the best quality I have never seen.

The Canon EOS-5D Mark II is the first SLR to raise the bar by offering both still and motion capture. Its software and hardware were both upgraded with mist the functionality similar to the related Canon 50D.

The Canon 5D Mark III brought a new meaning to camera performance. It has a well designed frame and a good auto focus and better improved resolution. Everyone who talk about the 5D Mark III always mention the auto focus which seem to be stolen from 1D X.

The Rebel T2i is one of the few SLR with the most perfect resolution and very affordable. Canon wont admit to this but T2i has inherited its 18 megapixel from the 7D. The only noticeable difference between the two is the readout speed which seemed to be halved in T2i.

The Canon EOS-1D C is the first I the EOS-series to provide 4K video capture. This is after a long and hard development work by Canon engineers. Canon has also improved on the heat that was generated during long capture sessions.

This marvellous design is best suited for high speed shooting which makes it the best sporting weapon available to sports photographers. With its high resolution, the EOD ID X has also made itself a name with both fashion and portraits photographers.

The new EOS 1Dd Mark III has been grown the champion of the digital SLR megapixel race. 1Ds Mark II becomes second best with its 16.7 megapixel compared to a whooping 21.1-megapixel that Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III offers. Any camera with 8 -12 megapixel will do agret job but when you looking for perfection in every details then EOS !ds Mark III is your best bet.

Comparatively speaking, the 7D is in the class of 5D Mark II. Looking at stylish subframe SLR camera, one cannot easily put this marvellous piece of engineering down. Its beautiful in all respects. If you think this is upgrade of 6D, think again as this design comes with a complete set of new features that will make enthusiast happy. Canon seem to have answered its consumers by providing all the features of other cameras in EOS 7D.

The release of Rebel XS was Canon’s direct challenge to other budget digital cameras such as Nikon, Pentax, Sony and Olympus. Because of its targeted low budget camera lovers, the XS had fewer features compared to the XSi but the quality was in no way compromised.
