Best Digital Camera/s topic is often discussed when a group of photographers meet. One of the amazing observations I have made when these groups meet, is that everyone single one of them wants to convince the other their cameras is the best. The discussions can sometimes go on for a long time and often times end with individuals demonstrating what their cameras can do.
I like the demonstrations part because this is where I silently pull my check list and tick pros and cons of each and every digital cameras that is being demonstrated. About two months ago, I met with a group of photographers and as expected, we ended up talking about Canon cameras. The topic initially started talking about different brands like Nikon, Phillips, Casio, Kodak and many others.
We agreed that all these different brands have their best cameras and we then payed attention some of them. We looked at five cameras that we thought are worthy of our discussion. Out list of 5 best digital cameras included:
-
Nikon D7000
An excellent camera to have at all times. Not only is the Nikon D7000 cheap but it also delivers and produce high quality images.
-
Canon EOS Rebel T3i
This should have been number one according to my opinion but then most of my friends voted it number 2. The agreement was that it’s a great dSLR camera and its solid and reliable.
-
Canon PowerShot S95
The PowerShot S95 made a list as second or stand-by good quality camera that every professional photographer must carry.
-
Sony Alpha NEX-7
The Sony Alpha NEX-7 made it on the list because of its much good functionality it posses. We all mentioned about two to three things we admired on this camera and it was very hard for most of us to come with dislikes.
-
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V is for professional who does not want to carry their professional camera during weekend and yet does not want to miss an opportunity when the situation dictates that they take a picture. Its compact and can easily fit in a pocket and yet produce stunning pictures.
